Need help with Bishop and Aran

Hey guys.. Im making a Bishop and i have no idea wht to put the SP on.. I wanna make a party bishop..
Currently im lvl 42 so what do i add on??
Full heal?? Full bless?? Holy arrow?? Mp eater??

And for my Aran, what's the max dex i should have??
Cus i think i messed up a bit O_O
I mean i have 60 dex.. And +50 dex with all the items..
So 110 in total..

about aran i dun really know much but i think 50 dex is enought u shud stop raising dex.At 2nd job cleric max heal first then the rest u can chosse which u want max first but holy arrow is a skill not useful for a cleric so dun need to max that.hope this help u abit.Gl and Hf mapling
